Hill View in Great Ayton

Great location with easy walk to town and fully available street parking straight outside. All rooms good size and attic bathroom fantastic, even makes the stairs worthwhile. Shower huge and water hot. View to trees and country beyond opposite detached houses lovely. Ground floor toilet appreciated. Furniture and decor good. Heating system and equipment good. Village itself with river is picturesque with good coffee shops and good pubs the Royal Oak and the Buck.

Unfortunately no toilet on bedroom floor so steeper stairs up or down necessary during the night. Courtyard just unpleasant concrete not a garden or any pots for good outlook.

Comfortable lounge. Nice dining facilities with good kitchen. Great shower with views. Good to have a downstairs toilet.

Sitting out space would be nice. Also welcome pack needed details of how to use appliances. No teapot or milk jug.

Lovely decor, clean and tidy. Absolutely gorgeous bathroom!

There were some dirty towels on the back of one of the bedroom doors. Was fully equipped with everything - could have done with a tea towel for the kitchen to dry pots the side etc. one of the bedroom windows didn’t open as the handle was broken.

Very easy - simple key safe and number provided in advance. Lovely well presented property Perfect location - we know the area and it gave us easy access to Middlesbrough (see mother-in-law.) Saltburn for family baptism and relax and walk on the Moors and Roseberry Topping. All while enjoying Suggitts ice cream and Peches Pies

Would have loved a toaster and a couple of serving bowls We worked round it but also had a dog with us which meant we could not leave the back door open as no gate on the yard

The whole place is lovely, but the bathroom is just exceptionally well done. It is more like a presidential suite than a standard bathroom, which makes for a very nice relaxing touch. Also, owner very dog friendly yet house is spotlessly clean and you can’t tell a dog has ever stayed there.
