Precioso Apartamento 6p en Sol

Great location

Have to hold shower by hand. Handle can be very hot. Sofa bed may not be ideal for sensitive skin.

It was in a great location. It had air conditioning that worked extremely well. The bathroom (& shower specifically) was fantastic. We were able to wash some clothes in the washing machine, which was great.

Two cons: 1. the mattresses were really firm and uncomfortable. 2. The 10a checkout feels too early.

Amazing location. Well appointed unit. Washing machine. Comfortable beds.

Black mold on bathroom ceiling. Lack of drying rack for clothes. Information from host was scarce.

Property was in the center few steps away from Punta Del Sol, lots of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Apartment inside was so clean and decorated with unique accessories.

The apartment was great! Great location, beautiful and well decorated, clean, beds were super confortable and great amenities. Check in was easy and flexible and the host was friendly and helpful. I confirm the name “precioso apartamento” is an accurate description :)

GREAT location close to the center of Madrid (1 minute walk from the door).

It was a little confusing about how to get into the apartment. We needed to pick up the keys at a business location, but that was not explained. Note that the bedroom has double bunk beds, so someone will be sleeping on the top bunk.
