"予想外の経験"

朝食は美味しく、部屋は清潔だった。

窓が建物の内側だとは想像していなかったので、閉塞感があり残念だった。 ホテルの責任ではないが、チェックアウトの当日早朝、ホテル近辺が道路封鎖になっていて、タクシーの乗り入れが出来ない状態だった。ホテルから徒歩10位歩いてタクシーに乗る事になった。

The staff, the breakfasts were amazing and the cafe was a wonderful surprise with good food especially the soups available all the time, the location, the rooms and the cleanliness. Loved it. Would not stay anywhere else. The apples and the waters available 24/7 were delightful. Gracias

"CENTRAL HOTEL IN ZOCALO PLAZA IS AN EXCELLENT CHOICE"

This boutique hotel located on the square and overlooking the cathedral couldn't be better located or a prettier hotel. The staff is well trained and personable. We loved the decor, the design of the hotel and the snack bar for coffee and sandwiches which is a perk for hotel guests. So very nice. We loved the room and it was quiet at night. The air conditioning worked beautifully and the bathroom is nice. We enjoyed the breakfast and had dinner in the restaurant twice. The food and service are excellent. I loved that there was a water fridge on the floor near the elevator where we availed ourselves of bottles of water. The door people were great getting drivers for us.

I was hoping for a robe and slippers. Other than that, I have no complaints what so ever.
