1.地理位置优越，离机场很近，打车10min左右即可抵达，打车价格也很便宜；离宝健路非常近，基本一出门就进入了宝健路的范围；楼下就有家全家，方便进行采购 2.设施很便利，有微波炉、冰箱、沐浴露、洗发水、沙发和一张矮茶几 3.房间还算整洁，至少肉眼没看见什么污渍 4.面积很大，摆行李箱绰绰有余，还有个小阳台，城市景观还可以 5.总体而言，性价比很高

1.没有桌椅，这对一个仍需要使用电脑办公的人而言很痛苦 2.没有一次性拖鞋，插座比较少，仅有床头有一个插座，另一个插座得拔掉电水壶
