위치는 시내 번화가에 있어 먹거리나 쇼핑을 즐기기에는 괜찮은 것 같음

년식이 좀 되어 보이는 오피스텔 느낌이 강함. 건물안에 들어왔을때 숙박시설의 느낌은 들지 않음. 숙박시설의 이름을 보면 비즈니스 호텔의 느낌이 나지만 생활형 공유 숙박시설이었음. 스위트 객실의 경우 내부 시설 대비 대비 가격이 비싼편임.

立地が良かった、ホテルとは違い気楽で、リラックス出来た。

グラスが無かった、ワインかグラス一つだけで、マグカップでビールを飲むしか無かった。ベットの所に設置してあるテーブルがある事で狭くて、バルコニーの出入りの邪魔になり、ベットの角よく足をぶつけていた。

Seul point positif : plutôt bien situé. Rien d'autre de positif.

La personne qui nous a accueillis n'était pas très aimable et ne parlait pas du tout anglais. Lit et canapé bas et inconfortables. Odeur peu agréable dans la salle de bain. Un seul verre dans tout l'appartement. Bref, déçus.

Indoor Facilities

The message just before check-in should clearly state that (i) the name of the building is “Terrace”,(ii) upon arrival,you must enter the building and use the elevator to get to your assigned room by yourself, (ii) check-in is done by holding your hand over the door pannel for 3 seconds and entering the passwaord on the ten-key thus appeard, (iv) no towelchanging or cleaning,and (v) food scraps are to be frozen in the refrigerator during your stay. 체크인 직전 메시지에는 건물 이름이 '테라스'임, 도착 시 엘리베이터를 이용해 객실로 이동해야 함, 체크인은 문에 손을 3초간 대고 비밀번호를 입력하는 방식임, 수건 교체나 청소는 없음, 머무는 동안 음식물 찌꺼기는 냉장고에 냉동 보관됨 등의 내용이 명확하게 명시되어 있어야 합니다.
