The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was good and the overall stay was pleasant.

The apartment felt a little spooky at night, and the mattress was quite hard, which caused some body aches and discomfort while sleeping.

The location, the staff which are very helpful and respond immediately. Instructions are clear.

Cleanliness, floor has stains and looks old and dirty There was an intruder (cockroach) on both nights. I saw it running from the bathroom into the room and crawled under the bed. I had to sleep worrying about it crawling onto the bed. Second night, it appeared again and I managed to knock it off. The water pressure is low. Towels are thin and some colour dyed. Place looks so much run down as compared to the photos. Perhaps photos were those taken when it first launched and no update thereafter.
