As we arrived to a warm welcome we immediately felt comfortable in our surroundings. A perfect peaceful location situated just outside Bottesford. Our double room was clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated with a nice comfy bed. The view from our room overlooked the large garden and pond at the back with a cottage and cattle sheds to the left. Breakfast was very nice with cereal, fruit, toast and full english on offer whilst sitting at a large communal table surrounded by lovely interesting antiques. Richard and Helen are very friendly, lovely people, and we enjoyed their hospitality.

Nothing to dislike

Very comfortable room. Very clean. Very quiet. Lots of towels and toiletries. Excellent breakfast.

Bathroom perhaps a little tired. Shower over bath. However, all worked well. Not a complaint, just an observation.

Breakfast was excellent and choice good. Every need was met. The table laid was conducive to conversation with fellow guests and allowed an excellent s ta rt to the day. Our every need was met.

Slightly more space to put out needs as there was a #mall cabinet between the beds. A large mirror w outdoor be useful if staying more than one night. For a one nigh5 stay everything was very good indeed.

Comfortable room. Young man on duty provided us with sandwiches to take with us as we said that we wouldn't be down for breakfast

All fine. A little older than I expected and parking at the back could be difficult if you had trouble walking on uneven ground but they may let you park at the front if you talk to them first

Breakfast was delicious…. lots to choose from. We had a lovely view over the garden from our bedroom. Richard and Helen couldn’t have been more hospitable. We really enjoyed our short stay.
