"Amazing stay in Eugene"

Our family of 4 was super comfortable at property. Spacious is an understatement! It is beautifully decorated with all the amenities you can ask for. Our kids especially loved the big screen TV on the loft. It is in a very quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Communication with the host was exemplary! We will definitely stay again.

"Great Christmas getaway!"

Great local for us. Really enjoyed fireplace and room enough for whole family.

A hand mixer would have been nice. Might be time for a new can opener as well.

"Minor issues but would stay again if patio was clean."

Large bedrooms. Close to grocery store and other businesses. Tv not downstairs and not enough seating in living area.

Smell at entrance. Outdoor space was dirty and not useable w/ nice weather, needs spring cleaning

"Exceptional"

Everything was clean. We had all the necessities. There was more than enough room for five adults. The host was gracious and flexible on our arrival time and accommodated an early check in.

Beds were a little on the firm side for us but we still managed a good night's sleep. :)

The size and layout of the house.

The cleanliness.. there were cobwebs in the bedroom, bathroom, and primary suite; the back patio, furniture and fire table were filthy; there weren't any kitchen towels; for the amount of people staying, there should have been more bath towels and washcloths available. The second bathroom shower curtain was pretty gross and yellow all along the bottom. It may be helpful to have a TV downstairs while cooking/eating and hanging out.

"A quick stay for a wedding in town. We he home provided comfortable beds and a nice kitchen to cook in."

The size, big and spacious for my family.

The upstairs couch is in need of a good vacuuming , there was a lot of popcorn crumbs everywhere Also the back patio could use a good sweep or blow off, not very inviting, lots of dust dirt
