Ubicación y trato del personal. Francisco es muy atento e intenta solucionar los problemas siempre.

Número de camas. Funcionamiento de tv, calefacción. Este alojamiento no es para más de 2 personas. El supuesto sofá cama no lo es, es un pequeño sofá bastante incómodo. No hay señal de tv y solo es posible ver la tv con plataformas como Netflix. No hay calefacción como tal, hay que utilizar el aire acondicionado para esto.

"Good Location, Nice Apartment"

Everything in the apartment was new and comfortable. Communication with the management team was warm and friendly. Location was also good, easy to reach metro, supermarkets and anything needed.

There was a cafe restaurant next to the apartment, the loud noise of the customers can disturb your sleep, but if you also like to sleep late, a restaurant next to you is an advantage also...

"Amazing location. Good apartment; but booked for 3 people and only 2 people could sleep comfortably"

Great communication with hosts. Amazing location in the heart of Guindalera, within a few steps of great coffee, bars and food, and a short walk from buses and Metro. The place is nice, but the sofa for a 3rd sleeper was broken. Even though they had someone come in for repair, it broke immediately as soon as I sat on it again. It need to be replaced, or listed as a place for only 2 people. We didn't really use all the amenities (kitchen and washer) but they are there and could be convenient.
