AUThe location was perfect
The facility was very limited The towels were old and very hard The kitchen cups and facility was bear minimum Coffee, that was hardly enough for 4 cups and terrible The TV was as big as the computer screen The couch was a sleeper couch and so uncomfortable. Was better to sit on the floor The bedding was old, and the beds were not very comfortable At least it was clean

GBThe location was excellent with a fantastic view of the mountains behind and within easy walking distance of the Shotover river. There are a few shops including a convenience store and restaurant / cafe about 15 to 20 minutes walk away on the estate. It is a location that really requires a car to get around, we had hired a car in anticipation and as part of our plans to travel around the area. There are lots of cycle paths and walking trails within easy reach of the property. The must sees locally are the Remarkables and Coronet Peak as well as Lake Wakatipu. Queenstown is a buzzing hub of day and nightlife and is well served with all manner of eateries, gift shops and bars. The area is an excellent base for wider travel around the South Island.
Everything was as explained in the on-line description so no problems at all.
NZGreat wee place. The heat pump certainly kept it cozy and warm.
We had four people stay and needed to utilise the sofa bed in the lounge. It is not suitable for sleeping on, very uncomfortable. Also there was no linen or additional blankets to use for the sofa bed.
