Villa George - Family Holidays

Everything was good. Mr George is the best.

The host's cordiality and helpfulness touched us in particular! Thank you so much! Both rooms had air heat pumps, we used them especially to remove moisture. The draft and glazed porch made it easier to stay in the apartment on warm evenings. The doors had good nets to repel insects. The car could be parked off the street. The location of the place was excellent for our needs. The tap water was drinkable. The apartment had WiFi.

The mattresses on the beds were too hard for both an adult and a child. Mattress protectors would maybe soften a little, I recommend trying it. The quilt on the double bed was abrasive polyester. We slept intermittently for all six nights. The apartment was decorated with children's soft and plastic toys - too much miscellaneous stuff for our taste. Perhaps a more suitable milieu for families with small children. Amidst the abundance of goods, we still missed a hand mirror, scissors and a working electric water kettle.

The place is very home like, felt like I visit a friend. George is a very friendly person and did everything so I would enjoy my stay. The place is very well equipped for families I was just staying for a short while so didn’t want something fancy It was nice location (need a car) and felt local- which I like

It was fun, funky, amusing, clean, eclectic, convenient, friendly, kitschy, and easy. George, the host, was friendly, helpful, and was there when we needed him. He also brought us a slice of cake for dessert and gave us snacks for our drive when we left.

Excellent location, exchellent host, unbeatable price. This place has literaly everything you need equipment-wise.

For us, the location was good because it was very close to the Monastery of Saint Ephraim. George was welcoming.

Me and my son loved then personal touch of the host ( we are greek living in holland and George put a dutch and greek flag in the room) My son (and me ) loved the children styled room with the toys. We were there when there was a heatwave and even without the airco the climate in the room was very good.( We did put on the airco later on )
