I have arrived with a delay in Rabat and it was difficult to get a taxi because of the huge conference of sociology going on in the town. I announced my arrival around 4-5pm but arrived at 5:30. I received the message that my stay was cancelled due to "an error" at 5:30 when I was at the door. In fact, the place is also the only one in the neighbourhood which was packed with cockroaches. Anyway, I tried to call with no response, I wrote a message on booking without response. Also booking.com did not react. The chatbot available promises to get a contact within 24h, after a week I still have no response- I also tried again on Wednesday by way of the booking itself but no response. To be avoided at all. Now, at the time there was a conference of about 4000 sociologists in town. All was sold out. It was a total nightmare to find a bed each night. Every single night at another place, 1h rides from one place to the other etc.
