RRJ's BEACH RESORT

The ladies were really nice and helpful although they could not solve all the problems. At the breakfast they tried to accommodate our requests.

The room we got was with a huge glass facing the restaurant. It means that we could not open the curtains otherwise we were exposed. The window was very small so, we had to turn on AC although it was not too hot. The resort (is not a resort at all) is just beside the busy road. It was so so noisy that we woke up several times. Since we went during the weekend, a lot of Philippino families came to party in the pool that is also just next to the rooms so, at 10am was already noisy with karaoke and singing. The first room we were given was not too clean in the drawers and cabinets. There is only a bed sheet to cover yourself and is not big enough for doble bed.

The hotel was budget friendly and clean. The staff were kind and helped to arrange a tricycle for snorkeling with the whale sharks. The tricycle driver they used was great - he came in, stood in line for me, told me where to go. It was really nice to have breakfast included especially after the snorkeling. They have a nice pool and steps so you can swim in the ocean if you rather. The room was a good size and wifi worked.

There aren't many restaurants in Oslob and they were a bit of a walk from the property. It was okay, but not the most convenient.

Great breakfast which varies day to day. Accommodation was clean, the views stunning from our room. Everything clean and tidy. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. They were super friendly and kind, especially to our children. Organised our tricycles for us. Recommended great restaurants to us. We were bowled over by their pool and the property is right on the beach. Loved meeting Robert and Rhoda, Anne, Lynne and Gina! Great team.

It would be great if they had a kettle in the room with tea and coffee options. But other than that, I'm smiling from ear to ear!

Everything is perfect. Cleaning, wifi, big room, wonderful pool, nice view to the sea, and in the stay they offer you a massage, one of the best i ever had

The comunication in english with the staff its hard, because they almost dont speak english, never the less, they are very friendly

The place: The place was amazing. The location was perfectly positioned only less than 30 minutes away from the whaleshark watching, tumalog waterfalls, and the sumilon island (and the monkey watching, but we didn't go there). The resort was also beautiful. The pool area was very nice and clean, and it was nice to have it facing the ocean. Since the back garden was facing east where, the ocean sunrise views were so beautiful as well! The outdoor patio and seating area beside the pool was a great place as well to hang out as well. The indoor dining area is spacious enough to fit all 11 of us, so it was a comfortable place to have our meals. The rooms were also so comfortable and spacious. Some of the rooms we rented had ocean views as well and made our stay even more luxurious. Everything was nicely laid out and clean, and we felt so at home during our stay in this place. The people: Every staff member was so kind, friendly, helpful, and hospitable. The level of service was excellent. Thank you so much to sir Robert, ma'am, Roda, ate Lin, ate Jenna (included in our group photo), and kuya Anghelito for how you all treated us during our short stay. Special thanks to ate Jenna for the GREAT massages (you get a complimentary massage per room booked)! Special thanks as well, for sir Robert for driving us to and fro. He is one of the owners of the place, but you would never know this as he worked just as hard as everyone else and was always able to adapt to our transportation needs. It's the people that make the place really great, and the staff in RRJ is definitely a perfect example of this!

I'd be lying if I added anything here. Wished we could've stayed longer!

Nice and cozy place. Just a couple of rooms. The owner is always present and willing to help with anything. Nice infinity pool. Great wifi compared to other places we stayed in in the Philippines.

Everything was OK. Just the location is not very interesting. But we were there just for the whale shark watching (ca 30 minutes ride by trike).

the view of the beach staff r friendly was abit modern which is nice,the pillows they offered a free massage.

ran out of hot water fast. the shower area is small the breakfast is not a wide selection and could do with more food it’s a quick on the go breakfast
