Miły I pomocny personel. Basen pięknie usytuowany nad morzem. Śniadanie w normie.

Łazienka bardzo mała i był nieprzyjemny zapach. Drzwi do pokoju bez uszczelek, ogromne szpary na 1-2cm przez co mrowki i gekony łatwo wchodziły, jednak najgorszy byl hałas z ulicy, która biegnie tuż obok.

Breakfast was great, staff were good, got a bonus 30 min free massage by pool. Beautiful pool.

Shower area was average & whilst we new our location there really was nothing in the way of restaurant's or shops close by (of course a tricycle ride was easy to get to get to these places)

It's clean and safe. The room is nice, it has TV, and the WiFi connection is strong. I specifically chose RRJ's Beach House because it's located between our previous stop, the Whale Shark Swimming and Sumilon Island, and our second stop, which is the Serene Oasis. Although there are other beach houses in the area, RRJ's Beach House has the most promising reviews and nice photos, and it really is!

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, christian "background" music at breakfast was incredibly loud but I didnt mind

I really hate to complain, but it was really run down its hard to ignore. Holes in the sheets, clumps of hair in places on the floor, dust a mile thick in the corners and on the wicker bed frame The air conditioning didnt work. The bathroom door was almost rusted shut and the bathroom smelt so intense with cleaning fluid and was very very basic and extremely tiny. We didnt/couldn't shower because the stream was just a drip. Furniture was perished and falling to pieces. Their pet dogs bark aggressively at strangers (im not scared of dogs but people who are should be warned) and they use the pool area to do poos, and it was littered with doggy landmines. We paid around 2100p and while weren't expecting the Hilton, it wouldn't cost them anything to give the place a thorough clean and patch up.
