L'emplacement est idéal pour quelques jours à Lisbonne. Literie très qualitative.

Le ventilateur mis à disposition est extrêmement bruyant mais obligé de l'utiliser car très forte chaleur... Le mobilier de la salle de bain est peu entretenu & la cuisine est minuscule.

"Very strange behavior of landlords for no reason."

We liked the location, it's well-connected with the other parts of the city, and the design of the apartment is nice. When we were in Uber, the driver told us 'Good luck with the neighborhood' but we really didn't have any problems with people.

You have to pay the security deposit to enter the apartment. Instead of 150, they blocked by accident 250 EUR from my account. I didn't make a fuss about it, the lady called me to excuse herself. I found really strange that somebody asks for this, especially because the apartment is not in great condition and it looks better in the photos than in person. I stayed in much fancier and cleaner places and nobody asked for a security deposit. The apartment was "cleaned" before we arrive. Check-in is at 16.00, and even though I messaged the people in charge of the apartment that we'll be there around 16.15, the person who was supposed to be waiting for us left before we came. We waited for Silvio for 20 minutes, he opened the door of the building for us barely replying to our 'Hello' and we entered with the suitcases, expecting that he'll show us where is the apartment. The guy just slammed the door and walked away, I had to call the other person, Maria, again, to ask her where is our apartment lol. Silvio left without even saying 'Goodbye', which is rude and strange. When we had to check out, I asked Maria can we leave our suitcases in the apartment to explore Lisbon for a couple of hours, because the next guests are checking in at 16.00, and we had a bus to catch to Porto. She didn't reply to me, I tried calling her multiple times, too. When the cleaning lady came around 11.00, and messaged Maria in front of my eyes, she replied immediately, saying 'no'. It's fine to say no, but there is no reason not to reply to me, your guest, when I see you online, especially after blocking 250 EUR instead of 150 - she was responsive when money needed to be blocked, but afterward became unresponsive, and I must say that this was a very unpleasant experience from a guest perspective.

The location of the apartment is quite central. It’s located no more than 5 minutes away from the city’s main square.

The apartment is really small and packed with furniture. It was difficult to move around with hitting yourself in the furniture, especially the kitchen/bathroom area, both combined are no more than 2 sqm. The apartment was not particularly clean, there was mold in the bathroom and water faucets were not cleaned properly. On our second day we have established that there is water leaking from beneath the washing machine, we texted our host immediately but we didn’t get an answer. Later this evening the electricity stopped, again we texted the host but didn’t get response until noon the following day. The water kept leaking so we had to clean it and put some towels over in order to keep the place dry. In addition to that a lamp in the building’s corridor was broken and was constantly going on and off, making unpleasant sounds. (this problem we have also reported.. no reaction). The building is old and therefore not good sound insulated. We would recommend bringing earplugs, otherwise one could really hear the neighbors whispering.
