Maintenance of the apartment could be better. I had to wipe down the TV, fridge and airfryer as it was so dusty!Basic necessities like toilet paper and hand soap should be provided.
SGLocated in the city centre. Nearby to most places. AC and wifi works really well. At night the toilet is infested with agas2 or gnat. Actually the whole building to be honest. But just pray insecticide and its all good. be sure to close the toilet window before nightfall. Will definitely return to this homestay
MYThe house is beautifully decorated and so comfortable; really feels like a home away from home. The location is terrific; close to food, cafes and shopping spots in KB. The facilities are amazing; the building is fairly new, parking was easy (the provided lot/space is right next to central lifts) and the infinity pool is nice.
Not much. Overall, the property is well-maintained. However, cleanliness of the house itself can be further improved, but it is nothing major and didn’t affect our stay here.
MYThe only thing that make us compromise the stay was the location, in the mid of KB town, easy access to restaurants, attractions
The property was poorly maintained. There were dust and webs at the entrance (door hinge), bed platform in the 2nd room was broken, one of the single seater sofa leg was crooked and almost broken. Semi auto washing machine with very low water pressure. Long waiting time for the elevator, although there are 3 units.
