Clean, good location, and good facilities provided. Lovely place, near to swimming pool. Good amount of crockery and cutlery provided.

Slopes in bedrooms causing a lot of banged heads. Barbecue was filthy, so I didn't want to use. Toys in the box outside were broken. Fridge hard to shut and dishwasher hard to open. Aside from that good facilities provided.

"Lovely location"

Lower Mill Estate is a fabulous place to stay and visit. Plenty of great facilities such as free access to lakes, swimming pool, tennis, table tennis. Cottage was lovely and well equipped and would have been perfect if the toilet had been fixed and maintenance issues dealt with.

We were disappointed that we reported a problem with the main toilet on our first morning and it wasn't sorted for the whole of our 5 night stay, meaning the whole family could only use the ensuite toilet. There were a number of maintenance issues that need addressing (dishwasher door was stiff and didn't wash well, fridge door didn't close easily) Bedroom blinds don't block the light.
