Nothing at all

Very bad experience with this hotel. I have booked it fifteen days before on good price but they suddenly asked me extraa money for 2nd night because of match day..when i refuse to do this because they already approved my booking on earlier price ,they cancelled my booking for 2nd day

It was a worst experience ever. My booking was of 7/02/2026 to 08/02/2026 with usual check in 11:00 am and 10:00am check out. But the room was not prepared and vacant till 6:00pm 07/02/2026. It was alloted to someone else, even after i reached there on time. My luggage was kept in lobby with no security. Also on the next morning, when i went to take snacks, they unlocked the room and my unpacked luggage was thrown out of the room by sharp 10:00 am. So i paid for 24 hrs to get the room for 16hrs, and there was no security of my luggage both in lobby and locked room.
