USThis hotel is both centrally located (near the Kalon minaret) and also off the beaten path, on a narrow side street. So it's very quiet and convenient to the main sites. The staff was all very friendly. My room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was special, served in a beautiful dining room with small plates of different foods. In short, it's a real gem.

PTGreat location in the heart of the old town and erfectly clean throughout. The staff were amazing - they allowed a very early check in (at 8am! after my overnight flight) AND a late check out at 3pm, both for no extra charge. The breakfast was also a great experience in a stunning old room with a traditional low table.
Nothing really, just keep in mind that the tiny old-town streets are difficult to navigate even by the local taxi drivers so probably best to ask for the hotel to organise transport. Also, the mattresses in my room were quite firm which I liked but may not be for everyone.
GBFantastic location, very close to the Minorai Kalon. Lovely decor, in the room and especially in the very ornate breakfast room. Room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Fabulous breakfast! Extremely good value for money.
There were a few small issues that could have been resolved more easily with better communication. I do appreciate that it was low season and I was the only guest - I'm sure at other times there would be more people available to deal with any issues. I'm not marking it down for this because I was paying low season prices and it was incredibly good value for the price I paid.
