Luxurious 3 Bedroom Apt with a beautiful balcony

Plenty of room for entire family Plus all our stuff we were not tripping over each other

Street parking was limited - they are doing construction on the block but not the owners fault

Completely renovated balcony’s were fantastic all rooms have there own bathroom and shower really clean stay was amazing

The apartment was nice.. my ONLY issue is the water. I got 1 hot shower & the rest were cold + everyone in the house water was cold when attempting to take a shower. not sure about the water issue exactly but that was my only disappointment

I stayed at a beautiful, luxurious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment in DC. This place was the most gorgeous place I ever stayed at. Oh my God, IT was better than staying at a hotel. Yes, I will be back to stay again.. My Host John was a great person. Thank you, John

We reserved the property because it was a good price and good familiar location even though we were staying a few hours.

We were not told construction had been going on for over a year & the construction crew lock closed a gate to access private parking space. We were forced to unload entire vehicle in freezing rain after arriving @ 4am walking around barricades w/ fear of being towed by morning due to lack of designated parking. Construction started very early so no sleeping in past 7am. Hot water lasted 1/2 a semi-warm shower, only.

Clean, well appointed, convenient. Love the balconies, well lit, great for a group or a family with kids.

Only a small temporary concern with the construction in the area. No noise or major issues, just tight on parking at the moment. Won’t be an issue in a few months time.

Great stay property was very clean and nicely set up enjoyed every minute of this place and how enjoyable it was.

The room is looks nice, and manager is excellent to answer and resolve problem what I reported., But the there are too many things need to fix. The kitchen miss many things, the manager bring it within half hours and always keep communication provide what he can do. But some problems are not managed van handle. Reneger is very well to response customer problem and good communication. The air condition after four hours working time, the hours still over 78, he come to explain the house is too big it coursed long time to bring the temp down.

The location is not good, the parking is busy. There is no parking spot was provided, just street parking. The property is just remodeled, also there is no coffee maker and toast. The air condition needs to take more than 6 hour to bring the temperature to lower . The r=bed making is not a hotel style, you need find out what they did and make it as normal hotel , many initial basic setup are different than normal hotel, no face towel, and towel not fell good, of course there is may be a personal like. I have travel a lot but this property is not meet the value what I paid..
