Jpark Island Resort & Waterpark Cebu

Staffs were so nice and supportive. The pools were great that my 4 years old daughter loved a lot.

It would be great if there was discount to the person who stays in hotel for the Pororo park.

An excellent resort for families, kids won’t get bored with all the waterpark activities. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Just a very nice ambiance all around.

Not much to complain about - noisy digger outside plus seemed like a generator on for most part of the day.

JPark Island Resort has a lot going for it, especially when it comes to the facilities. There’s plenty to do, particularly for families, and the overall setup makes it easy to enjoy your time there. It’s clear the resort has the foundation to deliver a great experience, and I can see why many guests would enjoy their stay.

Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite match the expectations of a 5-star resort. The biggest issue was the lack of communication — both leading up to and during the stay — which really set the tone. There were also maintenance concerns, including a shower leak that ran onto the bathroom floor and unsecured wall edging that I noticed simply brushing past it. On top of that, while the resort was hosting high-profile ASEAN Summit delegates, it felt like the focus shifted heavily toward them, leaving regular paying guests somewhat overlooked. At premium pricing, you still expect consistent service and attention, regardless of who else is staying.

GWに利用。ロケーションは素晴らしく、プールの敷地やプール内設備も多く子供は大喜び。スタッフも親切でした。

シャワーからお湯が出ず、スタッフを呼ぶ羽目に。結果、洗面台の蛇口と同時出しをしないとお湯にならないという面倒くささ。建物自体は古いため、まだ水回りのアップデートは行き届いてない印象。飲食店は多いですがどれも良いというわけではなく、アタリ〜中といった所。無料の朝食ビュッフェのクオリティは少し残念でしたので利用は1日だけにしました。

The kiddie pool and waterpark is where my niece and nephew really enjoyed very much. We love that there was entertainment in the evening like the singing and dancing and the fireshow.

The staff from the breakfast buffet could have been kinder to my 6 year old niece when she asked for ham which was intended for omelette.My niece loves ham but she had no idea and could been informed in a nicer way and not in a condescending tone. I hope this did not ruin my niece experience as this was my birthday gift for her.
