Visconti 46 Central Apartments

We had the most amazing stay in Visconti 46 with Roberto and Alessia. Roberto met us on arrival and gave us so many recommendations for nice restaurants, cafes, wine from the region and things to see locally. Everything was in walking distance of the apartment. The apartment was beautifully decorated and so clean. It was easy to cook and enjoy a nice coffee on the balcony in the morning. Alessia was easily contactable while we were there and helped us with more recommendations for our travels. We would 100% recommend a stay here if you visit Bari! Grazi mille!

We were welcomed by a lovely couple with lots of useful advice and recommendations. The accommodation is sophisticated, clean, satisfying all needs, really well located.

Warm, friendly welcome from the hosts - we received complete information about everything we needed - places to eat, for tourism, places to shop. We felt not like we were in a foreign place, but like we were visiting friends! In just minutes we were enjoying the most delicious pizza in Italy! The location is central, a minute's walk from everything we were interested in in Bari. The apartment is new, after renovation, extremely clean, practical and aesthetically furnished, without anything superfluous, it has everything you need for a quality vacation. Perfect soundproofing of the building and the windows, without any noise from the street and neighbors. Bari is a wonderful combination of history, traditions, great food and positive people all around you - definitely visit it! Thank you!

An absolutely fantastic stay! The apartment was perfect - super clean, and incredibly comfortable. You could tell that the hosts have put in so much work and thought behind all the decor and in setting up the place. There's even beautiful paintings by Roberto on display. The location couldn’t have been better, within walking distance to everything, making it so easy to explore the city. The hosts Alessia & Roberto were super friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations that truly enhanced our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to return!😊

Nothing at all!

The apartment has been recently renovated to high standards. It is spacious, high ceilings, a large balcony, and new appliances. Fully equipped. Sparkling clean. The location is great. Walking distance to everything, to both old town, and modern shopping areas. Many restaurants and cafes, traditional cheese & charcuterie stores, groceries, bakeries, and vegetables within 200 meters radious. Communication with owners was excellent. They were very helpful and nice.

The house is near the city center

The location and the interior of the house is very modern and cozy.

Lovely clean and comfortable.

Only one small thing. You can hear the noise from other apartments. Street noise isn’t a problem.

We had a really good time while staying at this apartment with a wonderful balcony - perfect for a relaxed meal outdoors. The location couldn’t have been better – steps away from vibrant cafes, shops, and cultural landmarks, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The apartment has a stylish decor, attention to detail. Every piece of furniture and artwork seemed thoughtfully chosen, creating a modern, yet welcoming ambiance. You can also rent a parking lot (10 € per day) for a small car (like a Citroen C3). Alessia and Roberto provided helpful local tips and quick responses to any questions.
