Location and hot tub

Hallway carpet was soaked when arrived so socks all got wet

The lodge was lovely, clean and on a great site. The hot tub was filled nicely but it was very hard to get in and out of as there was a lack of handrails and steps.

It said in the welcome package there was bottles of wine left for us, but there was not! Also the people who were staying next door (who we think worked at the site as they had a golf buggy at there property) would walk the dog directly outside our rooms at 6 in the morning shouting at them, very frustrating. The site would also benefit from a shop too. The dinner table only had 4 chairs and there were 6 of us.

Beautiful peaceful location. Tricky to find, but once on site it was lovely. Chalet was exceptionally clean. Hot tub was fantastic.

Better sign posting from main road would be good.

Couldn’t use the hot tub because when you turned it on the water was covered in foam

The property had good facilities and was very comfortable. This includes the beds and couch and also the fire being very warm.

The two lights outside near the hot tub was not bright and didn’t make any difference outside. A lot of flies and insects gets into the lodge and also a lot was already in the lodge when we arrived

the lodge was lovely and looked absolutely stunning inside, everything worked as it should and the shower was amazing.

the beds were super uncomfortable and I came home in pain from how hard they were.
