It was affordable for a family of 5, bus stops near the house that takes 10m to the old town. The flat is well equipped, everything is new (its an old flat that has been renewed, you can see cracks on the wall, but its only esthetics). Lidl is around the corner which is very convenient and local tapas bar down below that are way cheaper than the touristy old town.

The noise from neighbours is quite loud. The walls are as thin as plasterboards, and you will hear everything in the evenings, from loud TV , loud music, walking, sneesing, and talking quite loud. If you have young children it will be very disturbing. For adults, you will need earplugs, or go late to bed. (They stop after midnight on the weekends, earlier during the week). Pictures look better online than in real life.

The location was good.

The staff never sent out the entry codes after the online check in so we were standing around trying to figure out which number to call since they haven’t been replying to messages. This place was also a health hazard. There are mould colonies growing along the walls and windows. We kept walking up to mildly damp clothing for the duration of our stay. One of the beds appeared to have dirty sheets.

Confortable, las habitaciones cómodas, muy silencioso y bien situado, metro y parada de autobús en la puerta. Se agradece los detalles del café y té. Buena disponibilidad para hacer el check in, nos permitieron entrar antes de la hora señalada.

El sofá es pequeño para 4 personas, estaría bien tener algún sillón o silla cómoda extra.

El apartamento está genial.

El ascensor es antiguo, se estropeó durante la estancia y nos quedamos encerrados dentro por lo que dejamos de utilizarlo el resto de días. Excepto eso, el apartamento está genial.

Great location close to metro and very clean.

Loud construction noise from TWO apartments above us. The severe continuous banging started at 7am and didn’t stop til the afternoon. Really disruptive and dangerous as the ceiling of our bedroom was literally vibrating. We left after the first night as the noise was unbearable…..and we are still waiting for a refund!
