Location. Ease of access and security. Lift. Bath, shower and plentiful hot water. Uplifting apartment space. Quiet neighborhood. Massive TV.
Frying pan was bad. Hob was slow as it's powered by electricity. No cooking oil provided but other condiments were such as salt, pepper, tea, coffee etc. Conditioner tray was empty.
