Bohužel v době našeho pobytu v blízkém okolí stavební práce. Kouření v prostoru pro snídani...

Clean hotel, has parking, breakfast is good. We had a good view from our room, but from the second room we couldn't describe it as such.

The surrounding area is currently a construction site. I also didn't like that we weren't able to use the Spa at the Spa Hotel, because the visit has to be planned in advance and you have to limit yourself to two hours.

We stayed at a two level apartment, each of us having a separate room. It was really clean with nice furniture. The breakfast was awesome! Also the location was very nice, just outside the city. Easy parking in from of the property.

The staircase within the apartment was a bit narrow though not so much of an issue.

It was a nice hotel with comfortable bed.

The staff at the reception is horrendous. We came early, were not invited to wait in the lobby, and said room will be ready at 14:00 it was not, we had to come back at 15:00 after being told off very rude by the lady with the tattooed eyebrows from reception. The hotel is on top of a hill only restaurant is the personal one. If you want to get some variety you need to drive. When we finally got the room we wanted to shower and take a nap after a long drive, the shower clogged up and thankfully one of the cleaning ladies came to clean it and took out a handful of hair. She was an angel, if reception staff would be half as polite as her, people could get over some of the other stuff.

Закуската беше превъзходна, хотела също беше много добър. Персонала беше на двата полюса - безкрайно мило и усложливо момиче на рецепциятя на СПА центъра, опитващо се да компенсира грешките на колегите си, които бяха пропуснали ни да запишат в графика за СПА. Тъй като се записваш поне 2 дни предварително (тази подробност никъде не е описана в Букинг ) часовете са почти изчерпани и като е останал един по обяд, това разпокъсва целия ден и възможност да се разходиш и разгледаш Златибор и околностите.

Не ни хареса допустимите 2 часа за СПА центъра. Безкрайно непрофесионално и умишлено подвеждане на сайта в Букинг пише - безплатен, но никъде не уточняват, че става въпрос само за 2ч. на ден по график, в останалите свободни часове.

Naša porodica je bila izuzetno zadovoljna- od ljubaznosti osoblja do lepote enterijera. Dodala bih i da je hrana bila perfektna.
