The apartments were very clean and modern. The location is a little uphill and around 20 min walking distance to the center, with car 5-7 min. They have parking outside, great pool (which you have to reserve beforehand). The spa was amazing and it wasn’t crowded. The breakfast is absolutely worth it. There’s a restaurant in the hotel.

U principu smo zadovoljni boravkom. Apartman je bio uredan i čist, a lokacija odlična. Sam koncept kompleksa je veoma dobro osmišljen i verujem da će, kada bude u potpunosti završen, predstavljati izuzetno prijatno mesto za odmor. Kada se radovi završe i kompleks bude u potpunosti uređen, verujem da će iskustvo biti znatno bolje. Trenutno je utisak dobar, ali uz nekoliko stvari koje ipak kvare potpuni užitak.

Trenutno najveći nedostatak predstavljaju radovi koji su još uvek u toku i koji su primetni na gotovo svakom koraku, što značajno umanjuje ukupni utisak i osećaj odmora. Takođe, apartmani u prizemlju imaju određene mane. Parking mesta se nalaze neposredno ispod prozora, pa me je jedno jutro doslovno iznenadio automobil koji se parkirao svega metar od kreveta u kojem sam spavao. Pored toga, pokušao sam da popijem jutarnju kafu na balkonu, ali je to bilo gotovo nemoguće jer je radnik u tom trenutku kosio travu na svega metar i po od mene.

At first glance, the hotel looks excellent and gives the impression of a luxury property. However, during our stay we encountered several issues that significantly affected our overall experience. The biggest disappointment was the spa area. Access is limited to only two hours, and guests must reserve a time slot in advance, If you do not book early enough, you may not be able to use the spa at all. During our spa session, two younger guests complained because children were jumping into the pool, including our child. It is worth noting that the hotel already offers dedicated “quiet hours” during which children are not allowed in the spa area. Despite this, the staff reacted as if a serious issue had occurred, with several employees coming to investigate the situation. Instead of handling the matter discreetly, an uncomfortable atmosphere was created, making us feel as though we had broken a rule, even though nowhere was such behavior stated to be prohibited. This completely ruined our enjoyment of the spa experience. What was particularly disappointing was that the staff gave significant weight to the complaints of these two guests, who were clearly expecting complete silence during a time slot that was not designated as a quiet session, rather than acting professionally and clearly explaining the spa rules. In addition, the bedroom door could not be properly closed, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the area where the trash bin was located, and one of the balcony doors was not functioning correctly. The toilet was also installed extremely close to the wall, making it uncomfortable and impractical for larger guests.
