Modern, centrally located, beach view flat

Modern, well laid out, fantastic amenities, great location, fantastic view, especially of the sunrise. Everything you need provide. Even bowls and beach towels for the dog. Walking distance to pubs, cafes, beach, both in the bay and village. Host really helpful

Steps to flat a bit slippy in icy weather but really splitting hairs over that!!!! Not much you can do about it, I happily came down on my bottom

Host was very friendly. Property was fabulous, very comfy beds. Comfy sofa. Bathroom large and airy. Big shower. WiFi was good. Balcony was great too. Both bedrooms were a good size. Very spacious lounge/kitchen. Views of the sea are wonderful. We were all really happy with the property. We didnt spend much time at the property as we were at my sisters down the road but it served us well.

Didn't like is a bit strong but the bathroom was very cold, it would be nice to get out the shower to a warm bathroom. I would have liked a lamp in the bedroom for reading so I didnt have to get out of bed to turn the light off.

We loved our stay in Pevensey. The apartment was very cosy and great value for money, we travel to Pevensey to visit family so we will definitely be coming back to stay again.

The only thing that I can think of is it can be a little noisy at night with cars driving up and down the road outside the apartment but it didn’t ruin our time.

Lovely location with nice places to eat on your doorstep. Comfy beds Great kitchen area Was raining when we were there, but the terrace area overlooking the sea was a great place for a few glasses of wine

We thought some blinds would be good. There are houses overlooking the property but no blinds in the living area, and clear windows into the shower area. We had issues with the tv and the shower, which I’m sure will be addressed for the next visitors as the owners were very responsive.

-Strassenlärm -Helle Strassenlaterne zündet in eines der Schlafzimmer -Innenhof etwas unordentlich -Essensgeruch in Kleiderschrank von Restaurant -Ein leerer Küchenschrank für unsere eigenen Esswaren wäre praktisch gewesen

This is a deceptively spacious apartment, with everything you could need. It's really comfortable, and restful, great place to unwind and relax. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen well equipped. They seem to have thought of everything! Sea view, too, with beach a very short walk away. The roof garden is lovely, and I enjoyed watching sparrows hop around, looking for bits to eat. It's also ideally located for getting around. The 99 bus goes into Eastbourne one way, and Bexhill and Hastings the other, with great views from upper deck!

To be honest I cannot think of anything I didn't like!

Clear instructions were provided and was a nice touch to let us know the property was ready earlier than the official check in time (even though we were still travelling, but still nice to know). everything was as described it was homely, clean and perfectly located. My Wife fell in love with the ROBOT Vacuum

Oven/grill was quite difficult to use and appeared very slow warming up, eventually found instructions in one of the drawer, these ought to be in welcome pack.

Location for lots of amenities. Private parking. The outside rooftop patio with seating.
