Posizione centrale con possibilità di girare a piedi il centro di Siviglia. Supermercato vicinissimo e alloggio grande e spazioso. Residence molto bello e molto tranquillo. Aria condizionata, lavatrice e lavastoviglie.

Luci nel bagno insufficienti (una mancante e non sostituita). Infissi da manutenzionare meglio. Pentolame da sostituire perché molto usurato.

Ampi spazi, pulizia, patio elegante, condizionatore efficiente, gradevole rumore della fontana al mattino al risveglio

Alcuni elettrodomestici avrebbero bisogno di una sistemata (lavastoviglie e macchina del caffè a cialde)
