Clean rooms, nice view ( but for a Ronda Bridge view you need to open the window and look to the right. You can not see the bridge itself without opening windows. But the view of the canyon is very nice)

Very poor communication. Was trying to contact for several days. No hairdryer (only empty box) Smell in the main entrance hall, so when you open apartment door, smell comes into the room.

This is a fraud, because on the day of staying in the property the owner sent me information that the booking is not available and sent alternative location. Since I didn’t want to take alternative location, we agreed on the refund, which I never received. I contacted booking and the owner told them that stayed there (luckily I have written proves showing the opposite). BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY!

The location is probably the highlight of this property because is right on the cliff overlooking the Puente nuevo. Saying that view is partially covered by the AC unit. We chose the property because we wanted to enjoy the view. The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms. Internet works well for people who work online like us. have dishwasher and washing machine.

The apartment is in the minus second floor and as you go down the odour gets very unpleasant. The humidity of the walls in the entrance of the apartment and part of the walls inside of the apartment are horrible. We understand that this is the consequences of cliff location, but also reflects a careless attention from the owner. holes on the wall for example. So is it worth the location to overlook the unpleasant odour and condition of the property ? no. Hot water last just for two people shower, the second person is the unlucky one.

Great location. Clean and tidy. Had everything we needed. Fab view over the gorge and new bridge. Close to shops/supermarkets, bars/restaurants and within short walk of all the attractions of Ronda.

Not necessarily a bad experience but something to consider for future visitors: Only one heater so could only warm one bedroom at a time (OK for us as we were only in one room, but if we’d chosen/needed to use both bedrooms, in winter months it might be cold! (There was an a/c unit which heated the lounge).

Location - one of the best in Ronda. Smart TV. Local supermarket (Carefour Express) Good size living room.

Toy-sized cups. Some fittings were difficult to operate, including the front door lock and blinds. Lack of outdoor space. Smells of damp and drains.

It was large and clean, with extremely comfortable beds, good facilities and wonderful views. No smells or any negative points at all. It was excellent value for money and was situated very well near to the Bullring and many restaurants and bars. It is down two short flights of stairs but they are not problematic as we are three over 70’s with mobility problems. There is a Carrefours supermarket on the next street for water etc. We were very pleased with our choice.

The door key system was confusing. The keys are inside the coded box - not an auto lock. We had a lot of trouble opening and locking the apartment door with the key.

Fantastic views and location.

No parking.

A little basic and sometimes there was a sewrage smell which seemed to be an issue with the whole floor ie multiple apartments so not necessarily in their control.
