Nothing at all.

FabHotel is a fraud and tried to scam us. Before arriving at the property, we paid the booking amount (Rs 1075) which was meant to confirm our reservation. On the day of arrival, we called the property to confirm our booking on phone. They told us, our booking was cancelled as they were already full. Nevertheless, we arrived at the property to find another family in the same predicament. Tried calling property owner as well as Fab Hotel customer service, to no reply. Finally we had to involve the local police to sort out the matter. There was no wifi in the room. This ordeal left us traumatized, fearful of being stranded without any accommodation in an unknown city.
