Barbara è molto cordiale. Tutto è molto vicino (negozi, trattorie, fermata bus verso le spiagge di S. Michele e S. Margherita e la stazione FS)

La struttura era pulita,spaziosa, la proprietaria super disponibile Buona posizione, raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione

La casa si presenta arredata in modo minimale, adatta per la compagnia di amici pelosi, si vede che è stata vissuta negli anni come casa principale e porta alcuni segni di usura, ma niente di particolare. La signora Barbara è stata gentilissima fin dall’inizio, accogliente e disponibile, la vicinanza ad ogni luogo di interesse nel raggio di 1 km (panetteria, spiaggia di San Michele a 2 km, osterie tipiche) rende l’appartamento molto sfruttabile.

Friendly owner, gave us an oppurtinity to check-in earlier without any problems. Spacious apartments and one of the best price around the area. Highly recommend.

A bit outdated apartments, but that's reasonable for a price

The apartment is big and very well equipped. It is in the 3rd floor with elevator and has a free parking space for your car under the building. It is 20 min walking from the Rapallo seaside, where you can find plenty of restaurants and cafés. We wanted to go to Portofino by car, but the parking lot was full and the police was preventing all cars to go forward at 3km from Portofino, so we parked around St Marguerita and walked the 3km in 45 minutes along the road by the sea. Kids loved it. Barbara is a great host and made us feel like home from the very beginning. It is not a fancy place but it is definitely a great value for money. Thank you Barbara!

The apartment is a little bit outdated and could get some renovation. Even if it is clean, it sometimes seems it is not, as walls, doors and electric fixtures are worned out.
