ZAStaff is very friendly, place is quiet clean, place is closer to necessities like petrol station and banks (Atm's).
The shower's hot water is unstable so had to play musical chairs in the shower. Breakfast wasn't an option as there was only a coffee station, Facilities were clean but some had dust residue.

The trouble we had finding the place. The outside appearance and gate? The general woodwork inside. No food after google said breakfast available? No hand towel in the bathroom No toilet roll holder

ZAZAThe B&B was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable enough and the electric blankets helped a lot at night.
There were no towel rails in the bathroom, that kind of made it difficult as I had to put the towel on the floor before and after I used it. The B&B didn’t have a closet or drawers for the clothes, I had to get dress from my suitcase. The room we were in didn’t have a key so we put a suitcase to block the door at night. We were reassured that our staff will be safe to leave in the room, i wasn’t comfortable but they were safe on our return.

No number or street names, when to try to get hold of the facility no one answers , I tried 6 times, email only responded a day later..You arrive at the place and it's like a construction site. Breakfast and coffee served was not nice at all and not worth the R100 pp extra.
ZAZintle has built a beautiful guests house, that is quite new. It stands head and shoulders above all the other dwellings in the area, both in height and in it's standard. There are still a few more touches required, that will no doubt come soon. The staff were friendly and the guesthouse was clean, despite the rainy weather. In our room, we moved the plastic chair onto the balcony as well as the glass table from where we enjoyed the weather and views, including the goats that roam the dirt roads.
In time, I am certain towel holders, toilet roll holder, shower door etc will be installed as currently there is nowhere to hang your towels. The tiling in our shower may need some attention so as to avoid future damp in the brickwork. Mount Fletcher is a Xhosa town, where many of the roads are dirt, including where the guesthouse is situated. It is quite easy to get to the guesthouse, despite the roads, but don't rely on GPS, it took us in completely the wrong direction. It is better to rely on Zintle, our hostess. As a vegetarian, there wasn't really a restaurant that caters for my eating choices, which may be a cultural thing? Not that that is a reflection on the guest house, more on Mount Fletcher itself.

No towels in bathrooms Advert says guests pay additional for breakfast and no mention is made that breakfast is ordered and kitchen that prepares breakfast opens at 10am
