New Spacious 4Beds Family Home

Location.

The unit was unclean and not equipped to the standard expected. Used towels had been left in one ensuite, one bathroom mirror was smudged and dirty, soap dispensers were almost empty in all 3 bathrooms and the downstairs toilets, partially dissolved dishwasher tablets were left on bathroom sinks, dirty dishcloths were left on the kitchen bench, a dirty pot was sitting on the stove, used cleaning equipment was sitting on the laundry bench and beside the door to the courtyard in the garage. The lights in two bathrooms did not work and, the garage door did not close fully. The kitchen had very little equipment to prepare meals and almost no basic supplies. For example, there were 3 tea bags when we arrived. The lounge and dining area did not have sufficient furniture to seat the number of people the unit accommodates. All four bedrooms were upstairs which was very hot, with no air conditioners. I assume this had recently been reported by previous guests as basic plastic fans were in each room. The boxes for these together with a dirty dust pan and other used cleaning equipment had been left in the garage. The recycling bin was almost full and looked as if it had not been emptied for some time. The courtyard had weeds, and there were cigarette buts near the gate. I contacted property management shortly after arriving and they arranged for a cleaning team to return the following day, while we were out. The cleaners provided new towels and cleaned the dirty pot and mirror. No other issues were addressed. I raised this again with property management. Their communication was prompt and respectful but there was no further effort to address the issues. They did not appear to even be aware of them. I was extremely disappointed.

Property was beautiful was lovely to stay here. Central to what we needed. Great communication overall, very clear on how to get into the property too. Very clean house, was perfect for the group of us who stayed. Really lovely sheets, I appreciate nice sheets. Loved that there was already ice ready too - small things right! Absolutely loved having aircon available too!

The upstairs was very warm, we ended up buying fans as the aircon didn’t quite reach, the doors were very squeaky which was fine. The only issue as such was the one three seater couch with a group of 6. Definitely had more seating available but not as comfy as a couch. The pillows weren’t great but made do.

Narrow driveway and laundry dryer wasn't working, which was a huge inconvenience when it is raining a fair but. Contacted host to share this but no response.

A well-modern, clean, comfortable home that gave us sweet memories of our last "home" during our holiday before we head home!

The was some unpleasant experience we encountered on our second day onwards, the next door occupants were making lots of noise during the odds hour, singing, laughing and yelling at 2 AM.

The house was modern and clean

Pillows, should supply much better pillows. As well as drinking glasses.
