The facilities, accommodations and setup was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and great location in the Netherlands.

The only thing I would recommend is having instructions, etc in English. Or a website that they could use to find the information. It would make it easier for international travelers as it’s often the common language used as a 2nd language if they can’t use their main one.

The most I like was the checkout time 20:00.

The table ware can be more clean as on some of them we found fingerprints and food rest.

Pretty home from outside, cozy & comfortable design inside. The level of maintenance is very good. It had all the kitchen devices we needed. Warmy house in cold days. Good shower. The whole unit on ground level and standard beds. I liked that in every room and space I had hooks for clothes and towels.

The fact that host forgot to put a key for us for late check in although I mentioned it at least two days before arrival and they promised us to send instructions in the day of arrival. We had to make expensive international calls at night and to hear auto message on Dutch that we don't understand with 3 tired kids in cold night in the car after flight in order to get our unit. It was lucky we had assistance from some girl that dialed for us to the number from order and translated us message and the number it said that we need to dial instead. And even then they said that they don't have any order for us. It was a misunderstanding from the staff side that one person did not left key for other person. Unfortunately none even wrote some message for explaining this situation and saying sorry for this situation that we thought we are going to sleep night at car or searching another hotel because they did not remember our order. Eventually they spoke between them and found our order and gave us keys and everything was alright, but I expected to have some attention for this situation. Instead of this we got some automatic message on the day after and no word about their misunderstanding. We enjoyed the unit very much and I recommend to stay in this place a lot, but just suggest to re-check instructions if you have to make check-in not in the standard hours.

the property is near a high way so you hear cars driving past. it’s not at the bushes retreat

the beds where really oncomfortabel, house was clean but didn’t have the minimum like soap or shampoos. not great value for money

Very good location, great size of the accommodation, satisfy equipments in the accommodation, pool, clean area, nice garden, beautiful place and village. We loved Holland!!!.

Lack of air-conditioning in the apparent, no maintenance contact person after 17:00, reception not available after 17:00, no English announcements in phone, we asked for cleaning service but no one came.
