USIt was very safe and quiet. Anything I needed I would contact the host and they responded immediately. My first trip by myself and I was very nervous, but I wasnt bothered by any other guests, or anything. I would recommend to anyone for sure! I didnt meet the host but they seemed vey nice.

THUSUSNothing. It was in bad section of town. It's a dilapidated house that didn't have safe steps to climb. The railing was about to come off house. There was no where to sit. Had to go through master bedroom together to bathroom

USThe proximity of the location in relation to downtown, where we attended a concert at the stadium was great; I liked being so close and in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The size was good for us--two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, great porch. The decor was a fun mixture and gave the place a relaxed vibe. I was very glad to have parking on the property and not on the street. When I contacted the owner regarding our check-in time, he was very accomodating and friendly. We hung out on the front porch and that worked well for us. I thought the price was very reasonable.
There were a couple uninvited people from the area who came up to us, one in the driveway, one up to the porch to ask for things. While they were polite and left, it made some in our group uncomfortable with complete strangers panhandling. While the kitchen had some dishes, they were limited. The picture showed a couch in the living room; when we arrived, there was only one chair and a couple bar stools. It would have been nice to have the couch.

There was bugs and ants, house smelled like mold, the beds were uncomfortable, when I got my instructions I was never told that there was a curfew never knew someone was staying in the room next door, I felt really uncomfortable the area was not the best or the safest to bring family member, I felt my privacy was invaded by all there cameras, I don't appreciate the person staying in the next room to yell and swear at my family that was uncalled for. I will never stay in this place again. I encourage anyone with a family not to rent here. Just not safe.
