Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean.

We stayed during a few cold days in Halong - as the heater wasn’t working it was quite cold in our room.

We had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was very nice, super clean, large, with good AC and wifi connection. The hotel is in a good location, close to many restaurants, coffee shops and the fish market. Aside from all this, the owner was amazing! He helped us with everything during our stay: he rented a bike for us, he booked us a boat tour, he arranged a bus to Ninh Binh which picked us up from the hotel and he even gave us advice about travelling in Vietnam. He is a really great person and I fully recommend staying at his hotel!
