Some of the staff were excellent, like the two ”bellboys” both called, Zeeshan; Tehseen, Aisha, Abdul Rafae etc.

1) The staff didn’t have name tags, forcing most people to call adult men as “bellboy” or “waiter”… Please let go of this colonial mindset! 2) The brunch wasn’t good at all: something hard to do in Pakistan! The fruit was never ripe, the choice of savory dishes was limited, and didn’t taste good!

Everything from staff to room and the breakfast. Room was spacious, the staff was polite and the room service was quite good. I also tried the restaurant food which was really nice. There is also a gaming room where u can play snooker, darts, carrom. It is awesome and good value for money.
