No locks on doors. Main entrance open permanently. No fire regulations. No chairs.bathroom disgusting. Toilet never been cleaned.booked 2nights.only stayed one.extremly poor.

Very dirty appointment. Very untidy. Painting going on but was not stated in the advertisement. Generally unkept apartment. Owner should endeavour to clean their apartment before renting it out. So disappointed. Put locks on the door.

The price is unbeatable in summer holiday, and the location is great, not far away from downtown Eastbourne
The toilet is not clean and it was not mentioned that it is a shared bathroom. It seems like a shared house with different tenants. There is no lock in the front door nor our room. You won’t feel safe to keep anything in there. We close the door tight when we went out but we noticed the door was open when we come back, can’t understand how could it happened.

Nothing !!! I didnt even stay there , i visited Early in the day to see where it was And im glad i did The place is nothing like the description and i asked for my money back And nothing from the owner
Everything, its dirty Shared bathroom and kitchen and they are filthy and smelly Both front doors were wide open so no security at all The area is terrible, You NOT want to park anything nice there
