MYMYMYMYMYGood - we can check in on time and overall condition of the place is clean, neat and well equipped with air-con, simple kitchen utilities, washing machine and dryer.
At times, there is some sewer smell in the living room toilet, which is ok when we close the door. Even with the toilet window opened, the smell is there off and on, perhaps, exhaust fan can be installed to blow out the trap air.

Wifi very slow. No TV. Owner did apologize that the previous guests broke the TV but 4 nights we were there without TV we were not compensated so paying 700+ a bit steep for an apartment with no TV, affecting the value for money. Also for guests staying more than 2 nights….mid stay cleaning and replacing linens should be provided since you are charging cleaning fee EDIT : WOW...the audacity you have in such a LIE to your response. There was only 4 of us. Me, my wife and my 2 kids. How were there 8-9 of us? Show the proof...can you? We never open any mattress and did not overuse the dryer....how can it be overused if we only used once a day before our departure? We were not in the apartment most of the time. YOU LIAR!
