La atención y las instalaciones

No tiene trato humano e íbamos con muchas dudas del camino, mochila etc…

The room and its cleanliness. Private bathroom, laundry facility and its kitchen are very neat and feels brand new. Relatively easy walk to the centre of town. Located about 500m walking distance from bus station. The pension itself is within a industrial residential apartment compound.

It was very unfortunate that I lost my suitcase which I put on the luggage area for pilgrim's transfer/delivery, with the intention that I would depart early returning from Camino journey to my last destination in Madrid prior to flying home. I left it around 630-7pm in the evening. The area was in the building with a coded secured front/entrance door. When I was about to depart at 4.45am on 01Jun26, I could not find my suitcase within vicinity, also in common areas in the building. Tried to contact the owner of the property, requesting for a CCTV record but the owner confirmed that they did not have any security camera with the reason that it would violate guest's privacy (and yet, the owner also confirmed that they put one in the kitchen area). Anyway, other guests (from 3 rooms)who were I met prior to their departure that morning, witnessed up to approximately 8.30pm, the suitcase was there. It was a very anti-climax to an otherwise a very beautiful 3 weeks in northern Spain. Also check-in information was not very clear. Not enough information was provided through messages/e-mail, causing I had to phone call them & asked locals to speak directly seeking for information in Spanish.

Destaco la limpieza del alojamiento en general y de las zonas comunes en particular y las posibilidades que ofrece al tener cocina y menaje muy nuevo.Tambien es muy buena la relación calidad precio.

Pasamos más de una noche, y no nos arreglaban la habitación, diciéndonos que era por seguridad. Todo eso dicho por la recepcionista on-line. Nos pusimos en contacto con el dueño y realizó las gestiones adecuadas para que la habitación fuera arreglada
