Location and room size

Checked in Friday left Sunday pool or spa never heated up. The internet keep going out so the television didn’t work and there wasn’t enough towels or rags for everybody. The pool table needs to be replaced it has two of the same number balls. And the booking process is to much you have to book with Booking.com then after you have to go thru 3 other process with somebody else to much.

The property provided an excellent base for an epic Two-week theme park heavy trip. It was clean and tidy when we arrived, spacious and felt secure within the Terra Verde resort. The host was communicative although I would have appreciated a confirmation of our stay a few weeks before we travelled.

Our only gripe was that there was too few drinking glasses, limited cutlery and no tea spoons. The kitchen equipment was limited, but sufficient for basic meals.

The property was spacious and very clean. The staff was amazing!

Wasn’t much we didn’t like just a couple of small issues. It’s a heated pool, only problem was there was nothing telling us how to put it on. Great thing was anytime I had to write or call them the issue was taken care of right away. They really didn’t have any towels there, we actually had to buy some just to have enough for showers.
