Great place to stay- so clean and comfortable. Great location. We had our own transport so went to the wildlife reserve and saw lots of deer, monkies, and 3 elephants in the wild. Lots of birds too. Green Auro was peaceful and the gardens are planted beautifully. Thank you.

Only Room

Very bad experience. I had booked two rooms, one normal AC room and one private villa with pool. When I went to use the private pool, there was no light. When I mentioned this to them, the staff came to see that the work of the switchboard had not even been completed, some wires had been pulled. So the staff informed the owner about this. Also the owner says that you can use the private pool only till 6.30, this is mentioned in the Booking.com policy. So when I checked Booking.com policy, nothing like that was mentioned, it was confirmed by calling customer care. Later when I called the owner, it was a lady who spoke very rudely and she again said that this is the swimming pool policy and cut the call. Asked for the password to connect to their WiFi as the range is low, then they said that the WiFi is broken, the flush in the bathroom was not working, they wasted another hour to get it fixed. As a reply for your untruthful response : I booked one private room with AC and Other one as Private villa with pool . This management attitude s like hell , they never tried to hear what we are addressing and one lady spoke like scolding because we reported this issue . As a proof I just added the bill given from the hotel itself . To Management : I can add more pathetic photos if you argue more or speak lies

Nice, quiet, surrounded by rice paddies, gardens, and trees.

Located in a nice place with no disturbance from the surroundings. The room was pretty neat n clean. The swimming pool is open to all. It has a private pool as well. It's very close to Sulthan Bathery. There are few restaurants nearby. It has some indoor games. We had a great time.

The room doesn't have a geyser or water heater. While booking it was mentioned that it includes breakfast. But when we asked for breakfast, they denied n didn't provide. Swimming pool water must be cleaned regularly.
