Location was perfect, modern, comfortable, clean apartment with a lovely mountain view. Welcome sweets and a gift from the owner to take with you. Thank you!

It would help your guests to find the apartment (quicker than we did) if you mentioned in your text message that the apartment is on the first floor because otherwise the second or third floor look identical. We were a bit tired on arrival but still the Slovakian lady, who we eventually asked for help, struggled although she could read the slovakian text message.

The location is excellent

If I really have to find something that could be improved is a modern smart tv.

This property literally exceeded our expectations. The apartment, located right in the centre of Stary Smokovec, looked better than in the photos, it was spacious, well equipped with a really comfortable bed, which is a real treat. Another treat was the large bathroom with an amazing shower. Even the shower gel was provided. The view from the mini but cosy balcony was to die for! The kitchen had many necessary appliances, even some special ones, including a nice coffee machine and a fryer (which we never used, but hey!). The cherry on the cake was the wonderful host. I would like to say another big thank you for dealing with our unexpected departure in such an understanding and friendly manner.

Maybe some real kitchen towels.
