You could quite easily spend your entire holiday at this place its that good!! Still struggling to work out how they can charge this room rate for what they offer. The rooms are huge and super clean and the pool area is exquisite! Perfect peaceful location but you will need a bike or scooter to explore the area. Then everything is 10mins away, even Mua Cave or the boating sites are no more than 30-60 mins.

Maybe recommend hire a bike from the town as I found the free ones have here are not the most modern or comfy.

Tichá lokalita v dojezdové vzdálenosti na kole od města Tam Coc. Skvělé místo pro projížďky na kole po okolí. Nádherný bazén a stylově zařízené, čisté pokoje. Milá paní majitelka. Kdyby to šlo, pobyt bychom si prodloužili.

Établissement très bien situé, chambres agréables et propriétaire particulièrement sympathique qui fera de son mieux pour répondre à vos demandes. Des vélos sont mis à disposition gratuitement. Je retournerai sans hésiter dans le même hôtel lors de ma prochaine visite.

The area is super quiet and within walking distance from the rice fields. The swimming pool is nice and the whole area is cosy. The lady was nice and offered a free bike to use around the area.

My room had a big window that looked into the yard and with that I had practically no privacy unless I closed all my blinds and also very little light since the room faced the stairs of the next building. I booked a big room but it was still very dark and gloomy and I had my lights on even during the day. The cleanliness honestly could have been a bit better. The bed had spots and the pillows didn't smell fresh. The beds are bit hard but this is normal in Vietnam.

Linh etait très sympa et aux petits soins. Elle était toujours disponible. La piscine n’était pas très grande mais le jardin très joli. La maison d’hôte est au calme à 15min du centre à pied. Il y a bien le près de vélo. Le petit déjeuner était très bon

La chambre était un peu humide. Sinon c’était très propre et assez grand. J’avais réservé pour 5. Chaque fois sur booking on me dit pas de probleme. Finalement il n’y a jamais de cinquième couchage préparé. Je pense que c’est une erreur de booking qui soit ne transmet pas bien à l’hôtelier soit ne nous explique pas bien que c’est un lit de camp très sommaire. La grande piscine également sur le site n’est pas celle de l’homestay mais un autre homéstay en face. Peut être même propriétaire
