"Would not recommend!"

We booked this place as it was close to where we would be working and thought it would be convenient

The shower had completely broken off the wall and was unusable, the temperature was either boiling or freezing. The kitchen sink was blocked as we arrived which made the kitchen unusable. The towels stank of mould. We reported these issues right away and was told to await updates as they’d passed the pictures onto maintenance. All we got after this was an automated message to say if we don’t leave it clean we’d be charged. Very disappointed, this was supposed to be convenient for work, I was unable to wash properly all week and had to commute to friends to use their facilities, which I really didn’t have time for. we book places with kitchens so we can cook our own meals but was unable to I hate having to complain and mistakes happen although I’m really upset with how I was dealt with during our stay, I tried to update them asap and feel we just got fobbed off, there would be plenty of time to try and make our stay more comfortable We haven’t received any compensation. Would not recommend
