Location

The property was filthy. It should have been cleaned, and the hot water turned on BEFORE we arrived. The carpet and furniture had such significant stains we did not feel comfortable sitting down or walking without shoes. The fourth ‘bedroom’ listed is actually a closet with beds, and according to law 500.030, 7, Section 310, it is illegal in the state of Missouri. I did reach out to share my concerns and experience, but no one responded. I am incredibly disappointed. I have used VRBO and Airbnb to rent worldwide and have been an owner renting to families. As a booking service, property manager, and owner, you should be embarrassed to list this unit.
