Amazing place and great value for the money. Rooms were very clean and the host was very friendly.

ΠΕΝΤΑΚΑΘΑΡΟ ΣΠΙΤΙ ΣΕ ΠΟΛΥ ΚΑΛΗ ΠΕΡΙΟΧΗ!!!

קודם כל, התמונות שיש בבוקינג לא משקפות את המקום בצורה מספיק טובה. הבית ממוקם 8 דקות נסיעה מהעיר, בכניסה לכפר מקסים, 200 מטרים מחוף מסודר ומקסים. הדירה ממוקמת בקומה ראשונה ומעל מתגוררת המשפחה המארחת.בעלת הבית ג'וליה ף, אשה נחמדה מאוד, השאירה לנו מצרכים במקרר, הרבה קפסולות קפה ואפילו בקבוק יין. הבית חדש ונקי, המטבח מצוייד מעל ומעבר. היינו עם 4 ילדים והיה מספיק מיטות לכולם בחדרים. נהנינו מאוד מהשהות שלנו ומקווים לחזור שוב!

אינטרנט חלש בחדרים, מיטות קצת קשות

Μεγάλο κατάλυμα για 4 ή 5 άτομα. Πεντακάθαρο με μεγάλες ντουλάπες και εσωτερική αποθήκη για να τακτοποιήσεις ότι θέλεις. Άνετη σάλο κουζίνα και μεγάλο μπάνιο . Netflix που είναι ελεύθερο, πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητο. Η θάλασσα στα 50 μέτρα με οργανωμένη παραλία ( ομπρέλα ξαπλώστρες 10€)

Θα μπορούσε να έχει ένα κάθετο σκίαστρο στο πλάι του μπαλκονιού για να κρύβει τον πρωινό ήλιο

Πολυ καθαρό, εξοπλισμένο πλήρως, πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικοί οι ιδιοκτήτες και πολύ ευγενικοί.

Δεν έχω να προσάψω κάποιο αρνητικό. Πραγματικά όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά.

L'appartamento è bellissimo e molto accogliente. La signora è stata gentilissima e disponibile.. Interni puliti, bagno perfetto, stanze grandi e ordinate. Abbiamo trovato anche acqua, snack, latte e altri alimenti per la colazione. Assoluta privacy, nessun disturbo. Parcheggiato all'interno della proprietà. Un appartamento davvero piacevole, non abbia.o trovato note negative. Veramente al top! Posizione fronte mate. Chi fosse interessato prenoti tranquillamente, si va davvero sul sicuro!

Hartelijke en gastvrije ontvangst, we werden verrast met allerlei lekkers. Hele fijne ligging naast het strand. Alles fris en brandschoon.

De bedden zijn vrij hard.

Giouli was very nice and helpful to all our questions. The apartment is new or renovated. everything is new and top shape. The beach next to the apartment is less than 5 minutes walking distance. The beach is amazing, very comfortable sand like, no disturbing bolder or rocks. The beach has a snack bar that serves drinks and snacks, and also has shade umbrellas and sunbeds to rent at a low price. Monemvasia is amazing village, and plenty of good places to eat. We really enjoyed it there. and I will definitely return.

The house is very clean and comfort. You can see the sea while drinking a wine. The hostess is very helpful, polite and discreet. The location is excellent. Less than 10 minutes from Monemvasia. Less than 30 minutes from Pounda where you can take the boat for Elafonissos. The beach opposite the house (Ampelakia) is very nice.
