Ando Living - Douradores House

We loved the surprise left for us! We loved the location. It was very walkable to many activities. We liked the water left for us.

The grout in the bathroom floor could be cleaned soon.

L’emplacement, l’espace et la décoration

Il manquait un torchon pour la vaisselle et je n’ai pas vu de mode d’emploi pour l’irisation du four. Les portes serviettes dans la salle de douche étaient mal fixés.

Everything was just right, superb customer care and excellent location. Love the attention to detail with the little welcome pack and how good the team are (easy to get hold off, quick answers, flexibility).

Only a few minor remarks: - it would we nice to have a tea towel + hook in the kitchen for drying dishes and hands - the lowest fan setting on the aircon is still quite “windy” which is not super comfortable while sleeping - while the cleaning team does a great job and in general everything looks pristine, there are some stains on the carpets/cushions/sofa that could maybe do with a deep clean

L'appartement est très bien situé (près de la rue Augusta et des magasins) et près de Praça do Comercio. Le métro est à la Place du Commerce ce qui facilite les déplacements. À l'arrivée les propriétaires avaient laissé sur la table une bouteille de vin et une collation de Sintra - très apprécié. L'accès au bâtiment a été très facile. L'appartement est propre et est lumineux surtout dans le salon et la salle à dîner. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Des explications sur la façon de faire fonctionner la télévision et la machine à laver le linge auraient été utiles.
