Basic but it has everything important in place. Clean beds and sheets. Water pressure is strong and water heater working well. Very good location. Nice view at the balcony outside the room at common area. If the weather allows you may catch a glimpse of Akinabalu.
Nothing serious but just minor details - Rooms a bit dated. Some wall's paint are peeling off. - One of the room's aircon remote not in good condition. - one room's external window cannot lock.
